Silver Policy:

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gold With Lab 

Our 15 Day Return Policy gives you the time to be sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, you can opt for easy return within 15 days of the delivery of the product. We will provide you with full refund after retaining Rs.1000/- towards delivery and processing for each product returned.

15 Day Return Policy is not applicable in the following instances -

  • 1. On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Return Policy - You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • 2. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customized.

Conditions for 15 Day Return Policy -

Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the packaging is tampered with, the return will be covered under Buyback Policy.

Process for refund under 15 Day Return Policy -

When a product is returned under our 15 Day Return Policy, a Quality Check is done. After Quality Check, the refund is made within 10 business days.

  • 1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
  • 2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking/UPI).

How to return the product to Onecarat within 15 days -

  • 1. Place a return request on your account on the website or write an email to support@Onecarat.co.in within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pick up.
  • 2 Onecarat will send reverse pick up details and instructions.
  • 3. Pack your jewellery in the original packaging material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
  • 4. The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the invoice. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.
  • 5. Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation).
  • 6. Once the product is received, we conduct a quality check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the quality check is cleared, refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Return Policy.
  • 7. In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.

How to return the products -

You can return the products at any of our physical stores. Onecarat will schedule a reverse pick up for customers who cannot return their products at any of our stores.

Changes in Policies -

Onecarat reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.Onecarat.co.in. Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
